In the course of third party evaluation of and the marketing of AG Asset Management equity products, the firm is periodically asked to provide representative client lists indicating the names of our institutional clients. We do this in generic fashion, meaning the client list will not include any additional nonpublic personal information (e.g., contact names, addresses, balances, investment amounts, performance, products, etc.). Under no circumstances do we disclose the names of our individual, non-institutional clients or institutional clients who have previously informed us of their objection to the disclosure of their name.
