Robert L. Bernstein, Managing Director
Rob is responsible for business development and client relations with institutional investors and major consultants nationwide. He joined AG Asset Management in 2001.

Rob began his career with Paychex Corporation in 1991. He joined John Nuveen & Company as a Regional Vice President of Sales in 1993. Rob moved to GE Investments in 1996 and became a Senior Vice President of Institutional Sales. From there he joined Gordon Getty's family office, Webster Invest Management, LLC, as a Principal and Senior Vice President of Institutional Sales and Business Development in 2000.

Rob holds Series 7 & 63 licenses. He has a BA from the College of Wooster.

Mary Ellen Sadim, Director
Mary Ellen is client portfolio manager for Mid, Large and All-Cap Growth portfolios at AG Asset Management. She is responsible for maintaining and cultivating client relationships. She joined AG Asset Management in 1997.

She began her career as an Account Assistant at AFA Financial in 1986. She moved on to be an Analyst at Global Asset Management in 1982. After that she was an Account Assistant, Money Market Analyst, and Performance Analyst at UBS Asset Management from 1994–1997.

Mary Ellen received a BA in Finance from Cleveland State University.

Damon Gough, Vice President
Damon is responsible for new business development in the High Net Worth/Financial Intermediary marketplace for AG Asset Management. Prior to joining the company Damon was Director of Business Development for FDN Capital, which assisted Investment Managers in distributing their portfolios through various Broker/Dealer networks. Additionally, Damon served as Director of Retail Distribution at AMIC Distribution Partners Inc. (Affiliated firm of AMIC PLC London). Damon's time at AMIC Distribution was spent representing multiple Investment Managers including Valenzuela Capital Partners, Sustainable Growth Advisers, Tuckerbrook Alternative Investments, and REMS Group.

Damon brings specific knowledge of the Separate Account Wrap (SMA) and Mutual Fund space (Wirehouse, Regional B/D, Bank and Independent channels) having worked previously at Forward Management and Schroder Investment Management North America where he served as Regional Director of Sales for the Mid Atlantic and Mid Western states. Additionally, Damon worked in a client service capacity for Neuberger Berman's mutual fund group in New York.

Damon holds the following Securities licenses: Series 6, 63, 7 and 24 and is a graduate of Villanova University with a B.S. in Business Administration - Finance.
