John H. Myers, Chairman
John joined AG Asset Management as Chairman in September of 2006 and is responsible for the firm's overall management and strategy development. He will also be a partner in Angelo Gordon.
Mr. Myers began his GE career in 1970 on GE's Financial Management Program. He served in several different operating businesses including Deputy Treasurer of GE. He joined GE Asset Management in 1986 as Executive Vice President with responsibility for fixed income, private equity and real estate, and was named President and Chief Executive Officer in 1996.
John is on the Boards of Directors of Hilton Hotel Corporation, Damon Runyon Cancer Research Foundation and The Pebble Beach Company.
John is also on the Advisory Boards of Aurora Capital and Leeds Weld.He is a Trustee of Wagner College, sits on the Advisory Council of the GE Community Foundation, the USA Swimming Foundation Board and is on the Board of Directors for Building with Books.
John graduated from Wagner College in 1967 with a B.S. degree in Mathematics.
