John H. Myers, Chairman
John joined AG Asset Management as Chairman in September of 2006 and is responsible for the firm's overall management and strategy development. He will also be a partner in Angelo Gordon.

Mr. Myers began his GE career in 1970 on GE's Financial Management Program. He served in several different operating businesses including Deputy Treasurer of GE. He joined GE Asset Management in 1986 as Executive Vice President with responsibility for fixed income, private equity and real estate, and was named President and Chief Executive Officer in 1996.

John is on the Boards of Directors of Hilton Hotel Corporation, Damon Runyon Cancer Research Foundation and The Pebble Beach Company.

John is also on the Advisory Boards of Aurora Capital and Leeds Weld.He is a Trustee of Wagner College, sits on the Advisory Council of the GE Community Foundation, the USA Swimming Foundation Board and is on the Board of Directors for Building with Books.

John graduated from Wagner College in 1967 with a B.S. degree in Mathematics.

Dana C. Troxell, Jr., Chief Executive Officer
Dana is the Chief Executive Officer of AG Asset Management.

He joined the Firm from Angelo, Gordon & Co. where he was Director of Strategy and Corporate Development. Dana joined Angelo, Gordon in 2004 after spending eight years at Goldman Sachs & Co. as an investment banker focused on the asset management industry. He delivered strategic and financial advice to executive management in several dozen M&A transactions across virtually all segments of the asset management sector. Between 1990 and 1996, Dana was a Managing Director at Tandon Capital Associates, a strategic consulting firm focused on operational reengineering in the commercial banking industry.

Dana received his BA from the University of Virginia and his MBA from Columbia Business School.

Beth Dater, Chief Investment Officer
Beth is Chief Investment Officer. Her career in investment management spans 30 years. She became a Managing Director at Warburg Pincus Asset Management (WPAM) in 1980 and was named that firm's Director of Research in 1986. In 1988, she launched Warburg's new small-capitalization and emerging growth equity business; the product reached $1B by 1993. In 1989 she started the first Post-Venture Capital Distribution business in the U.S. and by 1999 Warburg was the leader in the business with over $3B in AUM.

She was appointed to the Firm's Operating Committee in 1991. As a member of WPAM's five-member Operating Committee, she led the firm through its sale and merger into Credit Suisse Asset Management. She was appointed to CSAM's Americas Management Committee in 1999, where she served until 2003.

Beth is a graduate of Boston University and serves on the board of several charitable institutions in New York.

Mark D. Bergen, Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer
Mark is our Chief Operating Officer and responsible for all operations, trading, technology and financial accounting. He joined the Firm from UBS Global Asset Management where he served as Business Manager to the America's Head of Wholesale mutual fund and managed account distribution.

Mark started his career at Andersen Consulting in 1979. He moved on to UBS Warburg where he advanced to a Executive Director position by the time he left in 2000. He then moved on to Goldman, Sachs as a Vice President until 2002.

Mark has a BS and MBA from University of Illinois, Urbana.
